By accessing or using Clarity (myclarity.report), operated by Obsessive & Co. LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Clarity provides personalized psychological insight reports generated using artificial intelligence and automated analysis of user-submitted biographical and behavioral data. Reports are produced by AI-powered systems and delivered as digital products for personal self-reflection purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using Clarity, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.

When you create an account, you agree to:

5. Payment, Pricing, and Subscriptions

5.1 General

All prices are displayed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase, provide valid payment information, and authorize us to charge your payment method. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

5.2 One-Time Purchases

Certain products, such as the Clarity Report, Synergy Report, and Career Report, are one-time purchases. You will be charged once at the time of purchase.

5.3 Free Trial

• Cancel during the trial period and you will not be charged.
• One free trial per person/household.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.
• Trial auto-converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period at the rate selected during signup.

5.4 Membership Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

• Monthly Membership ($12.99/month): Your subscription will automatically renew each month. You will be charged $12.99 USD each month until you cancel.
• Annual Membership ($99/year): Your subscription will automatically renew each year. You will be charged $99 USD each year until you cancel.

Your payment method on file will be automatically charged at the beginning of each renewal period.

5.5 How to Cancel

You may cancel your membership at any time through your Account Settings on our website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to all membership benefits until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation. You may also cancel by emailing support@myclarity.report.

5.6 Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Trial members: Cancel at any time during your 30-day trial at no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
• Monthly members: Cancel at any time. Your membership remains active until the end of your current monthly billing period. No refund is provided for the current period.
• Annual members: Cancel at any time. If you cancel within 30 days of enrollment or any annual renewal, you may request a full refund. After 30 days, your membership remains active until the end of your annual period with no refund.

5.7 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. If we increase the price of your subscription, we will notify you at least 30 days before the price change takes effect. You may cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue at the new price.

5.8 Membership Benefits

During your active membership, you receive: a Baseline report (one-time, upon enrollment), Week Ahead insights (weekly), Monthly Reviews (monthly), Quarterly Reviews (quarterly), Ask with Clarity (10 questions per month), and member pricing on all paid products. Content generated during your membership remains accessible after cancellation.

6. Digital Products

Reports generated by Clarity are digital products. Upon successful payment and delivery, you receive a non-exclusive, personal license to access and download your report. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the content.

7. Nature of Service

Our service:

• Is not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice
• Does not provide diagnoses or treatment recommendations
• Should not be used to make major life decisions without consulting qualified professionals

Results are generated by AI-powered analysis based on user-submitted data and should be considered as one perspective among many for personal reflection. Report content is produced by automated systems and is not reviewed by human professionals before delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Clarity—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software—are owned by Obsessive & Co. LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our algorithms or methodology

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obsessive & Co. LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our service.
