Clarity reports are digital products. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once your report has been delivered.
Creem.io acts as the Merchant of Record for transactions on Clarity. Creem.io is the legal seller and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes.
We may consider a refund in the following circumstances:
Clarity Membership subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings.
Content already generated during your membership (Baseline, Week Ahead, Monthly/Quarterly Reviews, Ask with Clarity responses) remains accessible in your account after cancellation or refund.
For one-time report purchases, contact us within 14 days. For annual membership refunds, contact us within 30 days of the charge. Include the following:

support@myclarity.reportRefund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@myclarity.report before initiating a dispute with your bank or credit card company. Most issues can be resolved directly and often faster than the formal dispute process.
