Refund Policy

Clear and fair. Here's how refunds work.

Digital Product Policy

Clarity reports are digital products. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once your report has been delivered.

When Refunds May Be Considered

We may consider a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Failure: If your report cannot be delivered due to a technical error on our end
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase
  • Unauthorized Charges: If you can demonstrate that the charge was made without your authorization

Membership Cancellation

Clarity Membership subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings.

  • Trial members: Cancel at any time during your 30-day free trial. No charge will be made. If you cancel after the trial converts to a paid subscription, standard cancellation terms apply.
  • Monthly members: Cancel anytime with no penalty. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Annual members: Full refund within the first 30 days of your subscription. After 30 days, you retain access until your annual period ends.

Content generated during your membership (Baseline, Week Ahead, Monthly/Quarterly Reviews, Ask with Clarity responses) remains accessible in your account after cancellation.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase with the following information:

  • Your email address used for the purchase
  • Date of purchase
  • Order confirmation number (if available)
  • Detailed explanation of the issue

Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@myclarity.report before initiating a dispute with your bank or credit card company. Most issues can be resolved directly and often faster than the formal dispute process.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Dissatisfaction with report content or insights
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to download or access a successfully delivered report
  • Providing incorrect information during the questionnaire
  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
