They are not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice. Do not use Clarity reports as the sole basis for making major life decisions.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Clarity to:

• Generate and view personalized insight reports for your own personal use
• Purchase reports as gifts for others through our gift purchase feature
• Use Ask with Clarity for personal self-reflection questions
• Share your own reports privately with people you choose

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit Clarity reports or content
• Use reports to make hiring, firing, admission, or other consequential decisions about other people
• Present report content as professional advice (psychological, medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic)
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract Clarity's algorithms, methodology, or computational engine
• Submit false personal information to generate reports for impersonation purposes
• Use the service to harass, stalk, or harm any person
• Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures
• Use the service in violation of any applicable law or regulation

5. Content Guidelines

When using Ask with Clarity or any interactive feature, you agree not to submit content that is threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Clarity reserves the right to decline to process any submission that violates these guidelines.

6. AI-Generated Content

All reports and insights are generated by automated AI systems and are not reviewed by human professionals before delivery. While we apply quality gates and content safety measures, AI systems can produce unexpected or imperfect results. You acknowledge that report content may not always be accurate or applicable to your specific situation.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account with others. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@myclarity.report.

8. Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Clarity for any user who violates this policy. In cases involving potential harm to others, we may report activity to appropriate authorities. Violations may also result in forfeiture of purchased credits or active memberships without refund.
